Thank you for your interest in my massage practice! Are you seeking a healthy way to feel better physically/mentally, or have more energy? If so, I am happy to help you achieve that and make your day a little better. Sessions are available by appointment, M-F, 9 a.m.- 8 p.m., and intermittent Saturdays and/or Sundays, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. or 8 p.m. You can schedule your appointment online via the Appointments tab on my website, text me (916-956-8896), e-mail me using the form on this page, or call me directly.
I am able to respond to inquiries most efficiently in the following order: 1) text, 2) e-mail, and 3) phone calls. Feel free to call me if you would rather set up an appointment that way also. If I’m available, I’m more than happy to accept last minute appointments and will sometimes work before, or after my regular hours for those individuals in dire need. Some cancellations do happen, so I may be able to set up a session with less notice. At VSSAGE, I consistently provide inspired bodywork with your well-being at heart. I look forward to meeting you and helping you experience a natural approach to better health.
To protect myself from no-shows and undesirable types, I require prepayment online to book a session for ALL new clients. After making a payment, you may contact me to set up your appointment(s), unless you set up your appointment(s) through my online scheduling system.
If you need to cancel your appointment, twenty-four-hour notice for cancellations or re-scheduling, either by text, email, or phone, is kindly requested. A 100% fee will be incurred otherwise. No refunds on package deals or pre-paid purchases.
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
“He who works with his hands is a laborer. He who works with his hands and his heart is a craftsman. He who works with his hands and his head and his heart is an artist.” – St. Francis of Assisi
"I pray give skill to my hands, clear vision to my mind, and kindness and meekness to my heart. Give me singleness of purpose, strength to lift up a part of the burden of my suffering from fellow men and a true realization of the privilege that is mine." ~ Mother Teresa
