I personally had a cupping massage with Vonda and was very impressed with the results. It is a deep massage that completely released the tight areas in my back. It is now almost a week later and I feel that my back is still loosened up by the massage. If you have a lot of stress in your back and you like deep massage, I highly recommend it.
