 Therapeutic massage is a wonderful tool for managing stress and balancing your mind, body and spirit. It is also a very personal expression of affection and intimacy for you and your partner. But massage must be practiced correctly to be safe and effective.
As a licensed/certified massage therapist (LMCT), I have been offering private massage instruction sessions for the past two years in a welcoming and relaxed setting to singles and couples of all ages, sizes, races, and sexual orientations interested in learning the massage techniques the pros use. No prior massage education is necessary.
I also offer career consulting sessions designed to be an informative and cost-effective introduction to massage for anyone considering a career as a massage therapist. Career sessions will cover not only techniques in various massage modalities (styles), but also the business side of the field and a preview of massage school.
Everything you need will be provided at the sessions: towels; massage table; linens; oils; course handouts; and water. In-call sessions are held in a warm, private, safe, and welcoming environment in Vonda’s office in Sacramento.

Private massage instruction features:
- One-on-one instruction for you, or you and your partner, on how to give a multi-modality 65-75 minute massage, plus handouts.
- Two-hour session for one person (must bring someone to work on, or therapist can provide someone at your request for an extra fee) or 3.5-hour session for two people.
- Multi-session courses focusing on individual massage modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Thai Foot Reflexology, Thai Massage , Hot Stone Massage, etc.), plus handouts.
- In-call (Vonda’s office) or out-call (your place) instruction available.
